This is a golden chain lace on a soft, sheer net.

The base is a fine cream net tape that lets the fabric colour show through. Down the centre runs a narrow strip with a gold chain on top, which adds a clean line of shine.

How to Use ?

1. Measure the edge you want to trim, and add 2 cm extra for the ends.
   
2. Cut the net with sharp scissors. Cut the chain with small pliers if needed.
   
3. Pin the lace in place, keeping the chain line straight.
   
4. Stitch along both edges of the net, by hand or by machine. Keep the needle away from the chain.
   
5. Fold the cut ends under and stitch them flat.
   
6. Press the fabric from the wrong side on low heat. Do not iron over the chain.
