Return process :

Ani Accessories does not accept damaged products or changing properties of products, like scratches on products or other changes in the original condition of the product, and in these cases, you are not eligible for a return or an exchange of the product.

If you receive any Wrong item from our side you can return and will be exchange your item with available item.
If the product is genuinely damaged or defective when it reaches at your door step, you can return or exchange it, but the exchange of the product will depend on our stock availability. Damaged or defective products will undergo inspection. The return process will depend on inspection. If we find that the product is damaged or defective on your end, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If we find that the product is actually damaged or defective from our end, then you will surely get a refund or exchange.

Note - If the product/article is found to be faulty/defective kindly file for returns within 7 days from the date of arrival.

Items or products should be unused with their original packaging, label, tags, and invoice. If you receive gifts or accessories with the product, they should also be unused. If we find any change in the physical property of the product or accessories or gifts, you are not eligible for a return or exchange.

We do not take any restock fees. We will arrange your delivery from our side, but here is one condition: e.g., if you have placed an order for large buttons and you have confirmed that I placed this order mistakenly and I wanted small buttons, in this case you have to pay the delivery charge for the exchange. In simple language, the product should be the same for the free delivery return process.

All legal matters & disputes related to orders and bulk orders (B2B & B2C) are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

Refund

In case you receive the wrong item and you are looking for your actual order item, if this item is not available in our stock, we will give you 100% refund without deduction.

Cancellation Policy:

If you make request for cancellation then it will be consider cancellation before dispatch and shipping of product otherwise you can’t cancel the order.

📦 Return Process:

At Ani Accessories, we strive to deliver the best quality. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review the return policy below:

  • If you receive a wrong item or if the item is damaged/defective upon delivery from our side, you are eligible for a return or exchange
  • All returns for damaged or defective items will be subject to inspection. If the item is found damaged due to our fault, you will receive a free exchange or full refund. In such cases, you don’t need to pay any return or delivery charges.

  • We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to customer handling, such as scratches, changes in the original condition, or missing parts.


  • If the product is found to be damaged from your side, a return or refund will not be applicable.

  • Please file your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With original tags, labels, invoice, and any gifted accessories (also unused)
