This is a Chantilly lace trim in black and white, made for fine finishing work.
The top edge is straight, so it is easy to stitch onto a sleeve, hem or neckline. The bottom edge is softly scalloped, with a row of small rings.
Between them, star-shaped flowers with leaves sit inside gentle arches, on a fine, sheer net. Both edges are finished with soft eyelash fringe.
