This baroque revival brooch brings back the bold, curling style of Baroque-era jewellery. Its shape is like an ornate royal crest: tall and symmetrical, with curling scrolls on both sides, a pointed tip at the top and a narrow drop at the bottom. The antique gold base has a textured, dotted finish that gives it a rich, aged look.
At the heart of the brooch is a large ruby-red teardrop stone, framed by a ring of clear rhinestones. Above it, a red marquise stone sits in a leaf-shaped crown edged with small deep red stones. The side scrolls are covered in teal rhinestones, with touches of deep red, and a line of clear rhinestones runs down the bottom drop. The red and teal together give it a jewel-toned, festive look.
